Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Mendon crews are already moving. We dispatch Mendon units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Mendon branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Mendon, UT property owners β the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Mendon roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Water Removal in Mendon isn't a side service we tacked on β it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Mendon, UT, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Mendon, UT so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Ask any Mendon property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am β the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mendon call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first β some of the costliest Mendon jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse β call our Mendon line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Mendon response to the actual damage β a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet β nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Mendon rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Mendon, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Mendon accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint β we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Mendon job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
On top of standard drying, our Mendon crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.

A licensed technician heads to your Mendon address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.

Our Mendon technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Mendon paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
