Not all water pickup is equal — a shop vac and a truck-mount extraction unit produce very different outcomes on the same flooded room.
We classify every loss as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction begins, then document readings throughout the job.
Our Mendon, UT truck-mount units pull significantly more water per hour than portable extraction gear.
Classification testing on every Mendon, UT call protects both your property and our technicians.
Saving original hardwood is possible with the right extraction method applied quickly.
You get documented proof of extraction progress, not just a technician's word.
Getting water out is only useful if it's done with the right classification and the right tools — here's our Mendon process.
Truck-mount capacity lets us clear a flooded room significantly faster than portable units alone.
Water is tested and classified as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction protocol is finalized.
Weighted extraction tools pull water trapped deep in carpet fiber that a surface pass would miss.
We monitor injection drying progress with moisture meters calibrated for wood species.
We check subfloor moisture at multiple points, not just where the visible water pooled.
Every job closes with a written extraction report showing before-and-after moisture readings.
We ask enough questions to send the right-sized extraction unit on the first trip.
Our nearest Mendon, UT crew arrives with extraction equipment matched to your reported loss.
Category testing and a written estimate come before any pump starts running.
Extraction continues until documented moisture readings confirm the job is complete.
